I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Amanda Montgomery at Mystic Meadows Yoga in 2023. Since then, I have been teaching at Sweet Serenity Yoga and the Divine Wellness Studio in Thornton, PA. I offer private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups. I offer individually tailored practices for all ages and needs.
